Introduction to VLSI systems‐ CMOS logic ‐ MOS transistor theory‐ Layout design rules‐ Circuit characterization and performance estimation‐ Circuit simulation‐ Combinational and sequential circuit design‐ Static and dynamic CMOS gates‐ Memory system design‐ Design methodology and tools‐HDL. Design of FPRG, Complex CMOS design.
