The VLSI Design Lab supports postgraduate education and research in VLSI and Microsystems. The lab provides facilities for the design, modelling, simulation, and analysis of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, MEMS, and micro/nanoelectronic systems.

The lab is equipped with advanced IC design, FPGA, MEMS, TCAD, and multiphysics simulation tools. These facilities support postgraduate projects and research in VLSI, microelectronics, nanoelectronics, MEMS, and related areas.
