Dr. Sooraj Ravindran participated in the International Conference on Recent Technologies and Innovations in Electronics and Photonics (2026), held at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, on 13–14 March 2026. He was honored with the Best Paper Presentation Award along with the medal for his research paper titled “Effect of Quantum Well Width on the Performance of QCSE Microring Resonator Optical Switch.”
