Mr. Naufal N., Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Avionics, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Graduate Studies Fellowship 2026.Awarded annually to a maximum of *seven graduate students worldwide, the fellowship recognizes outstanding doctoral research in **power electronics* and includes a USD 5,000 honorarium to partially support a research stay at a leading foreign university or research institution. Mr. Naufal is pursuing his Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Rajeevan P. P. and Dr. Rajesh Joseph Abraham. The fellowship award ceremony will be held during the IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE) 2026, in Vancouver, Canada, from **4–8 October 2026*.
