The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology hosted a Science and Technology Exposure Visit for 56 ECE students and 2 faculty members from SA Engineering College on 23 September 2026. The programme commenced with an introductory video highlighting IIST’s academic programmes, advanced research facilities, innovations, and technological developments. The students then visited the Satellite Ground Station, SSPACE Lab, Virtual Reality Lab, and ChemiSens Lab, where they gained exposure to ongoing research and applications in space science and technology. The visit also provided an opportunity for the students to interact with IIST faculty members and students, enabling them to learn about academic life, research opportunities, and emerging technologies. The exposure visit offered the students a valuable opportunity to connect their academic learning with practical applications and gain insights into the diverse academic and research environment at IIST.
