In connection with the Independence Day Celebration - 2026, Hindi Section, IIST organized Hindi Essay Writing and Hindi Versification competitions for the students of IIST on 07th & 10th August 2026. The prize distribution ceremony was organized on August 15, 2026 in which Prof. Dipankar Banerjee, Vice Chancellor, IIST and Prof. Kuruvilla Joseph, Pro - Vice Chancellor, IIST awarded certificates to the winners of the competitions.
