Half-Day Workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment , Organized by Internal Complaints Committee(ICC) & Gender Sensitization Committee(GSC).
Abstract:
A safe workplace begins with awareness and understanding. It is important to recognize sexual harassment in all its forms, whether subtle or obvious, and to understand that the impact of behavior matters more than the intent behind it. Employees should be aware of their rights under workplace laws, which are
designed to protect dignity and ensure a respectful environment. Additionally, knowing how to access and navigate the Internal Committee (IC) process empowers individuals to report concerns and seek support confidently.
