The program on “English Communication at Workplace” was conducted on 25 March 2026 under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), IIST. The session commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Sheeba Rani J., Program Coordinator, IQAC . The session was delivered by Dr. Babitha Justin, Associate Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS), who provided valuable insights into effective workplace communication, including clarity in expression, professional etiquette, and interpersonal interaction. The program was well received by the participants and generated positive feedback, highlighting its relevance and usefulness. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Kuruvilla Joseph, IQAC Coordinator, followed by the distribution of certificates to all participants.
