The Department of Earth & Space Sciences of IIST is organising its annual Astronomy & Astrophysics School from 13 July 2026 – 22 July 2026. The school is meant to acquaint students with the basics of astrophysics. The lectures will be at a fundamental level with introductions to more advanced topics. 

Interested candidates should complete the registration online from the link given before May 27, 2026. The selected participants for the school will be intimated through email by the Second week of June. The selected participants will have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1000.
